DOCUMENTATION

PRINT DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY

A Certificate Of Authenticity also known as a COA, is absolutely invaluable, and usually means you have a genuine signature on a genuine work of art. Reputable art dealers or art publishers typically issue and sign a piece of paper that says your print is genuine. Insisting on the appropriate documentation for a limited edition work of art is your right. It is a simple step you can take as a collector to assure you that what you are buying is the real thing, protecting you from fraud or buying a fake. Receiving a COA is also a clear way to know that you are dealing with a reputable art dealer or gallery.

  • Limited edition works of art from Pop International Galleries are usually supplied with a Certificate Of Authenticity when applicable, or upon request by the collector.

  • If for some reason you acquired a work of art from us without a COA, you can always contact us at any time and we'll be happy to mail one out for you.

  • Remember, unique works of art typically do not come with a COA.

Again, upon request at any time, and to the original owner only, Pop International Galleries will gladly provide appropriate documentation or COA's for artwork bought directly from us.

LETTERS OF INSURANCE

  • From time to time, values of artwork change and you may want to keep your insurance policy up to date.

  • If you require a Letter Of Insurance for any art you purchase or may have purchased from us, please feel free to request one directly from your consultant.

  • If you are not sure who your consultant may be, contact us and one of our team members will be happy to help you.

  • PLEASE NOTE: While there is no charge for this service, we do require your art to have been purchased from Pop International Galleries.

  • Additionally, there is no time limit as to when you purchased your art, so feel free at any time to request a Letter Of Insurance
