MEET DAN THE MAN - The Artist

Pop international Galleries presents the work of a special artist. He paints EVERY day. He says that painting calms him. Dan Makar is a Down Syndrome artist whose subjects range from celebrities such as the Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift. He also paints his friends and family, landscapes and abstract works. He draws when he isn't painting and when he isn't making art, he talks about it.

Dan The Man The Artist's work will be on exhibit through Sunday the 13th. Pop International is pleased to host this opening and fundraiser which will benefit people with Down Syndrome, people with Special Needs and organizations that offer Art Therapy. Proceeds of all sales of DAN THE MAN's artwork will benefit these worthy causes.

​A documentary film is also currently in production, conceived by renowned documentary filmmaker, Matthew Makar, with the intention to enlighten the world about DAN THE MAN - The Artist, and to bring attention to talented people with special needs.
